I saw some reports that turnout would be up to 130 million, but the latest totals at CNN show only about 118 million votes, below the 122 million in 2004.

Marc Ambinder, who can’t seem to remember that Michael McDonald is at George Mason, not George Washington, is reporting 133 million.
