Most U.S. media coverage of this debacle has focused on the post-election protests, violence, and government countermeasures. Here, by contrast, is an update on the chaotic status of the vote count itself.

(Having lost her 2006 bid for a Senate seat, former Florida Secretary of State and U.S. Representative Katherine Harris presumably is in need of a job. Maybe we should send her over to Kenya to get everything straightened out.)
